In 1.21.30 Release, The Screenshot button does not exist in 1.21.30 gameplay but the Screenshot features was shown this text in changelog.

Expected: This text of Screenshot features will not included for 1.21.30 changelog until future versions is mentioned.

On some devices there is already a screenshot feature in the Official Minecraft Version 1.21.30

Possibly, it is still in the addition stage on some devices.

Please note, this feature is being gradually rolled out, so it might take a little time before it's available in your game.
