Lots of text is outlined in some pages

I have no idea what exactly causes this to happen, but it's very noticeable, and the fact that it happens at some times and not others makes this seem very not intentional. The underlines can also sometimes override strikethroughs, making links to resolved tickets appear as though they are in an unresolved state.
