Infinite rejiggling of issue titles on portal homepage's issue list

Go to https://report.bugs.mojang.com/servicedesk/customer/portal/10 right now and see that WEB-7711 is infinitely having its size changed / title wrapped onto the next line.

The problematic title is:

https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/bugs - This link will lead to the outdated bug tracker link, which is https://bugs.mojang.com/secure/Dashboard.jspa

Line break is being added before the latter link and then removed in the next render and looping.
