[WEB-8367] 'Activity' cannot be sorted by new

On the old bugtracker site, activity such as comments could be sorted by new and this was the default setting. This functionality is absent from the new bugtracker site.

With all these missing features that are apparently out of Mojang’s control, I guess we were using the better old system for the last few years. What a downgrade. Embarrassing for Atlassian.
