[WEB-8544] Please ban "happy_ghast" and "minecraft

“happy_ghast” and “minecraft_982646” spam the bug tracker for Minecraft java edition with “Minecraft worst game in the world.”

Please ban them from the bug tracker.

Also he want to ban me for trying to clean the bug tracker.

I agree that “happy_ghast” should be banned, all “happy_ghast” made was a bunch of useless, spam reports.

minecraft_982646, I am mostly innocent… I would always create real bug reports whenever I can.
