I noticed that I am no longer receiving most of the mails informing me about issue status updates. Before the change to the servicedesk I received mails for every status update I subscribed to, but with the servicedesk I can subscribe, but won’t get most mails. I got some comment added mails, but not for all comments (I can’t find a pattern). I’d like to get the state back before the switch to the servicedesk, where I got mails for all status changes (e.g. bug fixed, comment, e.t.c.).
Example: My issue got marked as fixed (including a bot comment) MC-306738 but I did not receive any mail, although I’ve enabled the notifications in the servicedesk.

Hello,
From your screenshot it looks that you should receive mails for this particular (WEB) report. Can you confirm that you haven’t accidentally toggled your notifications to “off” on other issues that are important to you?
Just to clarify - the notifications toggle on the right represents it’s current state:
Notifications on → you should receive notifications of new updates on a given issue (same as in the screenshot image2.png),
Notifications off → you won’t receive notifications.

I did receive mails for this issue (2 from two previous comments). I can’t explain why I receive mails for this issue, but not for others (maybe it’s because the other issues are within the MC project and not the WEB project?)
I’ve just looked at some issues I definitely had notifications on. One mentionable would be MC-307140 where in my previous screenshot of my mails it’s visible I had notifications on as I got a mail for the added comment on 01/04/2026 but not for the status change and automated comment from 31/03/2026 (and I don’t remember toggling them on between those dates).
On the right hand side in the panel Notifications for both those example issues are turned on, like in my second screenshot.
Curretly i checked if activate the notification for an report you want get updated, will not diplaying anything, like the example below:
This is still a bug I deal with myself. 😐
I hate it because I'm trying to become a mod and if I can't come back to reports its hard.
