At minecraft live at twitch con i got the cape drop reward at the twitch drops, but due to twitch not providing the code for the claim and saying was mojang directories, im here to ask in a polite form for my deserved cape that ive been waiting for 48 hours and claimed the drop 5 min after the show, but didnt get the code. Please give me the code and/or give twitch a code for the claim.
From Benício Queiroz, hope the team has a good week.

Hello Benício Queiroz de Oliveira,
This is a duplicate report of the following bug code WEB-8588
I’ve seen you’ve interacted there, and as someone else suggested you could still claim the cape through the Tik Tok app.
