I've contacted 'support' through some form on 26th March and 26th April.
NOT A SINGLE WORD OR RESPONSE CAME BACK
at the same time, THE MIGRATION PROCESS FAILED! as I can't play Minecraft, even though my purchase should have been migrated
this is indeed an issue both with the migration process (which is a bug) and customer service in general
it is quite game related - I can't even start the game!
