GoldenHelmet I did it on both, Android first, I tested in on ps4 later

I had this same bug on our server.
I was afking with completely unbroken mending unbreaking 3 fishing rod for 30 mins and when I came back it was gone. Even without mending it shouldn't have broken.
I didn't have any other mending gear on me.
