[MC-104474] Mending on a Fishing Rod

Im afk on my fishing farm with my fishing rod with the mending enchantment, all is working for a time and the durability bar is completed and i get a fish and the rod dissapear.

I losted in total a quantity of 4 rods with mending.

No, only i have the mending on the fishing rod, and the item dissapear when the bar is completely green

I had this same bug on our server.
I was afking with completely unbroken mending unbreaking 3 fishing rod for 30 mins and when I came back it was gone. Even without mending it shouldn't have broken.
I didn't have any other mending gear on me.
