Hi, just a friendly reminder for anyone trying to unlock this achievement. The game description might be a bit misleading. The correct steps are:
Tame 5 Llamas.
Put a Carpet on each of the 5 tamed llamas (any color works).
Lead (use a Lead) on one of the carpeted llamas and start walking.
The other 4 carpeted llamas should form a caravan and follow the one you're leading. Walk a short distance.
The achievement should unlock immediately when the caravan starts moving. If it still doesn't unlock after these exact steps, then it's definitely a bug. Hope this helps clarify the requirement!
