Why was this marked as a duplicate? The issue you linked to involves the same Achievement, however this ticket specifically addresses the fact that it is now COMPLETELY UNOBTAINABLE for everybody as of the 1.2.6 patch.

Broken achievement. Has been unobtainable since after Dec 05, 2017. Please fix as it makes the game impossible to complete from an achievement standpoint.

Very frustrating bug. The link to TrueAchievements clearly shows that players have not been able to obtain this after Dec 05, 2017. Playing on Windows 10. Please fix.
