PlayStation, iPadOS same issue.
AT&T Fiber Gigabit home network with Eero Mesh WiFi
Could not get my 68MB World uploaded after the exporting world progress bar completed.
RESOLVED BY SWITCHING TO CELLULAR HOTSPOT, LTE connection which has a slower upload speed than my home network.
Sounds like we know what they need to fix here.
