hi, i am new here. just logged in because my son is super sad after the update, we reinstalled hoping that it will work, but nothing. so, how long do these fixes take usually? ... i have been following this issue since some days and nothing seems to happen. quite annoying especially as we all paid for the app....
our ipad runs on 9.3.5., the problems started with the newest update.
