Yes I'm also having unusually terrible performance in 1.13, it seems like nowadays the FPS goes down every update 😞

This problem still exists in 1.13 and 1.13.1. The tool tip says <Seconds> but it is actually in ticks.

Thanks for letting me know, I just tried it in 1.8.7 and, the water flowed back in the same way,
