Nope, connecting from home wifi has not been resolved for me yet.
4G and public wifi is OK.

This may be related to issue REALMS-155.
I have the same problem, but in Japan.

I also cannot download my MCPE 0.16.1 realms map into my local iPhone. I get a failed message. Won't work on both wifi / 4G. iPhone, iPad, Nexus.

Same by using iOS MCPE Realms. Version 16.1.

Hi Manuel, has anything good happen after the update? I've been commenting on issue REALMS-155, but I cannot connect via wifi from home since end of July too. There's a comment there from the engineer regarding the specifics of the issue if you want to read that.
Since I can connect by free wifi (places like Starbucks), I wonder if we can change the settings on our router to have the same...?

On my realms, 3 of us (myself included which I am the host - iPhone, iPad, Nexus) cannot connect via wifi from home. I am able to connect via 4G on iPhone 7, and also from free internet spots (such as Starbucks free wifi) on any of my devices. The other two is using an iPad.

3 people has no issue connecting via home wifi / 4G. They are using one of these devices: iPhone, iPad, and android tablet. 2 people connecting from Japan, the other connecting from Brazil.

We all have the most updated version of MCPE, iOS, etc.

I have been able to connect via 4G on my iPhone 7, but not via wifi from home on any of my tablets.

I believe we need to upgrade to 0.16.0 to access realms since Sunday.
Waiting for Apple to finish the review...

I'm hoping the wifi issue will be solved with this update, but I've updated my Androgd device and couldn't access via wifi. Very disappointed.

I was able to get into my realms by mobile data 14 hours ago, but since 2 hours ago, I can no longer get in by mobile data & free wifi.
Is there anything at all Is can do to get in by any means???

I have a 10 people realm subscription (gamer tag: akiranx), and I have been unable to connect to realm via home wifi ever since I updated to 0.15.6 on Aug 10th. I have MCPE account (0.15.7), and am using from iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air, Nexus tablet, all have current iOS/OS.
I can connect via mobile data and free wifi (places like Starbucks) on my iPhone 6 Plus.

The router settings has not changed at all prior to updating to 0.15.6.
Is there anything that I can do from the user side to remedy this?

I am also having the same issue, and I live in Japan. I used to be able to connect to my realms (from iPhone 6 plus, iPad Air, Nexus tablet) from my home wifi but ever since Aug 10 (when I updated to 0.15.6), I also get the "this may take a while" screen, then to "could not connect, please try again later".
I can connect by mobile data and also from free wifi (docomo wifi, Japan Free wifi) and also from my friends home wifi (we have the same brand router, Buffalo). I've had my ISP check their lines, plus called up Buffalo but they can't find any issues.
I'm perplexed as 4 friends can connect over their home wifi, but 3 of us (I'm the owner) can't. I'm currently using mobile data and free wifi at Starbucks on the weekends...
