After the last hotfix, the credits are still gone and the worlds are locked on my Sons ipad. What are the next steps in this case Mojang support?

Hotfux Update has no effect on ios, world are still locked and coins are missing

My son of 7 has the same Problem, minecraft money is gone and bought world’s are locked. How soon can we expected a solution fir this issue?
