Hello. I also experience this issue across the following devices. Xbox one x, xbox one S, xbox one, switch, IOS (iPhone 8 plus and iPad, Win 10 PC.
Most devices have been tested on 3 different internet service providers all with min 50 mbps up 10 mps down.
I can log in with no issue if I select join game option on a friend already in the realm in the Xbox friends list (xbox menu)
I have not found any other solution or a work around as it can take up to 50 tries to log on if no one I know is on the realm.
