I was able to resolve this issue by deleting the game from my android device then re downloading it. It had me resign in to my Microsoft account. Now it works. The error is gone.. Just know, this worked for me. I am not sure if it will work for everyone.

I get the same error message it includes an error code -9. I have attached a screen shot of my error message.
