Hello,
Since this ticket (MCPE-96635) seems to be the main one regarding Microsoft accounts unlinking process issues, I’d like to add new informations about a bug in the ‘Unlink Microsoft account’ option, released by the Mojang team exclusively in the Minecraft Preview for PS4/PS5 (with one of the latest updates) for when a player encounters the ‘Oops! This (PSN) account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft account…’ error message. Please, note that Minecraft support has told me to report it, as a workaround for me and other players which could possibly have the same problem.
In the PS5 Preview (and PS4, too), v1.21.110.25, if you encounter that error message while trying to link a Microsoft account, you can click on this new option, designed by the developers of the game to unlink the currently linked Microsoft account, this time without needing to access it first; clicking that option should bring you to the ‘Unlink MSA’ page. However, the unlinking process (the loading page, with the text ‘unlinking accounts’, which appears after selecting ‘Unlink’) does not complete itself, without showing any error messages: the unlinking phase never ends, no matter how long you wait, and, as a consequence, the system does not unlink the Microsoft account from the PSN one. This bug keeps repeating itself.

Hello again,
I apologize for submitting a second comment in a row, but I’d like to correct a mistake I’ve made in the last comment: by saying this update has been released ‘exclusively in the Minecraft Preview for PS4/PS5’, I mean it should have been released exclusively for the Minecraft Preview (for other platforms, too), not only for the PS4/PS5 ones. In the last comment, I was referring specifically to the PlayStation version because I’m a PlayStation user, and I’ve encountered this bug on the PS5 version of the Preview.
