the Diamond Pickaxe with mending does not mend when gaining XP!! Yet all Other Diamond tools and weapons including armor do mend as normal!

I am aware of this Like I said all other items are working... I know how it works
Do you peaople read or even take the time to consider I would post this is it was something like that.
Once again all my diamond armor have mending and work fine, all the tool have the same but the pickaxe does not mend! No mater the HAND or the XP I gain
