My MSI Clutch GM11 gaming mouse continues to have the same issue. I've tried changing the scroll wheel usage in the mouse settings, and unfortunately it hasn't improved gameplay.
@LauraH I did a similar thing in my search for a solution. My newer mouse, the Clutch GM 11 Gaming Mouse, which I use every day without any problems in other applications, has a problem with the scroll wheel in game Minecraft, while my older mouse, the Ravcore Tempest (RAVMYS45156), it doesn't have this problem, it works normally.
Steps:
Launch Minecraft Bedrock > go to Settings > scroll down to the Creator settings > on the right, enable the "Enabled Memory Override" option to Super High. Note: If your system has less than 16GB of RAM, then recommended memory override setting will be on High or Medium.
@jagnięcina2 Unfortunately, I have a 3060 RTX Laptop GPU graphics card on my pc and I have the same problems as I described earlier.
I have the same problem as your @LauraH . As soon as I switch to a different hot bar using the mouse wheel, my screen suddenly changes position (I look straight ahead without using the mouse wheel, and after using it, the screen changes to down or behind me).
I've enabled memory override to super high in the developer settings, and restarted the game. Now my game running normally and smoothly. Thank you all for your time in fixing this problem!

@キ The same problem occurs when switching between the game screen and the menu screen. In the menu screen, when I change the cursor position, return to the game screen, and use the scroll wheel, the problem only occurs with one switching the slot. Later, after switching to another slot, the camera remains in place and I can play without any problems, but only if I don't switch to other game windows.
