I am also experiencing this issue. The first time it happened, I restarted my computer and that seemed to work, however, now that is no longer a fix. I've seen some people say it is supposed to be caused by too many requests or something, but I had not been on realms for over 12 hours. Restarting minecraft also does not fix the issue.
