I made a backup when the 1.15 pre release 1 snapshot was introduced but I'm not sure how to access it. Ive tried putting the .zip into my world folder but it hasn't changed anything

Can anyone tell me how to can play on my world without it crashing? I can't even move without it crashing

Ive had the same issue. Ive tried restarting my device and I've searched for hours but I can't find anything. I tried it in a creative world and the same bug happened>
