I have the same issue on my PS5. I tried everything to fix this issue. But nothing works. Few updates ago, I had the same issue. After a while Minecraft did work fine. But since the 1.21.100 Update, I have this issue again. I hope Mojang can fix it soon. I want to play in our Realm.

(We have many blocks from this Addon.)

“TrueRealism HD” Texture Pack or “Earthy” Texture Pack or “Full of Life" Texture Pack

(Sometimes we change the texture pack.)
