I would appreciate it if you’d stop setting this to “Resolved” when it has NOT been resolved.

I redownloaded to see if the logs were still available.

Still waiting on a reply for my refund.

I purchased it originally from minecraft.net

I've been having this same issue for a week and they keep telling me it's not an issue on their end that it's microsoft/xbox, but I spoke to xbox support already and they said it's not on their end. Unfortunately, I'm glad to see I'm not the only one dealing with this.

No I cannot provide logs I no longer have it on my pc. If an actual person could read this and actually give us a response other then constantly telling me to troubleshoot over and over and over and over again that would be fantastic.

Otherwise I’m waiting on my refund

I've been having this exact same issue for the past week. Basically since Realms or the new baby mobs update. I’ve done all the trouble shooting options, none of them work. My minecraft launcher doesn't even open anymore, loads 4% and crashes. When it used to open it’d give me the “Unable to verify products owned” prompting me to “Buy Now”

microsoft store /xboxapp and minecraft.net all say I own it and are all signed in correctly. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times from all 3 sources and the end result is CRASH (Error Code:0xc0000005) and one time (Error Code:0xc01) every single time.

I sent a bug report last week and was told it was a microsoft issue. I just got done talking to someone there and they say no its game issue not microsoft/xbox.

I've lost all my progress too

Same issue for the past week here too. Microsoft/xbox isn’t verifying that I have Minecraft with Minecraft launcher. Keeps saying that my account isn’t the same
