Looks like this issue was already resolved. Last time i checked on ps5 it was now working well 🙂

I’ve bought this pack recently for PS4 version, and have the same issue. At first the money shark did not spawn so I had to turn on the creative mode and spawn it to pass the mission. After when trying to meet Lena at the Mansion Foyer I get stuck also and cannot do anything about it. This is frustrating because the mission locks you in the mansion and you cannot do anything about it, even if you try to spawn Lena to fight it. The thing is that the mission is not acknowledging that you reach the foyer and you’re unable to progress.
