We have two accounts in our household, and we are getting the same problem with both accounts. Anytime trying to make a purchase of Minecoins or trying to use existing coins to purchase something, we get the message "We're unable to connect to the Marketplace. Maybe check your internet connection?" It spins endlessly. We have tried a wide assortment of fixes, and none have worked (uninstall/reinstall of Minecraft, Windows App Troubleshooter, clean up Microsoft Store cache, reboot computer, log in with Xbox One account instead of on PC and vice versa). Please fix!
This is also now happening with both my daughters account and mine. We have World map purchases that are stuck in downloading status, and we are unable to update to a new version of Minecraft that is available for the same reason.
Microsoft and Mojang, this is a major issue! Why haven't you gotten all hands on deck for this already? All purchases, previous purchases we've already played but need to update, and new content is unplayable - making the Windows version of Minecraft basically completely unplayable. This should be a 5-bell alarm for everyone at MS and Mojang!!!! What's going on?
