Does Mojang triage these issues? I'm seeing page after page of {open} issues related to texture bugs or mob spawn irregularities and I wonder if they prioritize the issues that prevent game-play altogether. I understand that they only have so many programmers available to support a massively popular game but this issue affects more than just the folks who have already paid for the game. I was looking at getting a few copies of the Java version so we could to group play with mods like conquest but this is giving me pause.
That's too much to put into a game that has the same issues on a regular basis. This issue goes back at least to last may.
It would be really cool if they could implement a way to roll back from an update on the XBox One. The bugs they fixed with this update can't be worse than the bug they've introduced that's stopped our family from playing at all.
At this point, there's a trust issue. Our family won't be spending any more time on this game if we can't rely on it to, you know, work...
Has anyone heard if this is being taken seriously? I saw a response to someone on the Microsoft forum where they pretty much told the guy that they were mostly focused on marketing and that he should try searching community forums.
"The fix will be included in the next full release, but no date can be given."
Does full release mean 1.17, later this year?
