Would also be good if anyone here who is capable (original bug reporter, Mojang rep, …?) would please edit the bug description to say (1) it applies to all hardware and (2) "Vote for this issue" is the most helpful thing you can do if you have this problem.

Gonna be an obnoxious volunteer "thread policer" here and request that anyone who receives email notifications about this bug and who had not yet used the "Vote for this issue" link, PLEASE do so. It's obvious to anyone who prefers the touch UI that this bug must be fixed. But the developers prioritize their precious time based on votes, not passion.

This idea of holding finger perfectly still is why I tried (unsuccessfully) changing the sensitivity. I have a stylus at home that works on touch screens. After work, I'll try setting it up in a way where it's resting on a stack and absolutely still. Will post with results if successful.

I'm sorry. I regret what I just wrote. I know you doing your best, and it's crazy for me to complain given what I paid for the app. I'm sorry. I know you'll fix the bug when you can. Forgive.

If a person is annoyed at the bug and searches out this website as a place to raise the flag, you are delusional if you think they are going to read 40 comments and then just "upvote" when the details show that the bug affects, "Phone - Android - Google Pixel" and they are running iOS. Don't blame the victims, who are only trying to help. Clearly "upvotes" are not a sufficient metric for severity--if you've flagged dozens of duplicate issue links, maybe that's an indication that us rubes are not satisfied... even if we don't strictly adhere to your coder fantasy notion of how complaints and bug reports should be submitted. I don't intend to be a jerk, and I know you must receive a lot of bug reports, but it seems counterproductive to expend effort telling people to shut up and/or complain through the preferred channels.

I played around with the bug a little today. If I set touch interface sensitivity to 0, one item transfers when hold until the green bar fills up and release. When I set that sensitivity slider to 100, one item transfers when the green bar fills, and a second item transfers when I release my finger. This is when attempting to move a stack from inventory to a chest.

Probably not helpful observations, but who knows. Latest iOS on an iPhone 7.

I have this same problem on IOS 11.2.2, so it's not just Android. Thanks.

I have the same problem on IOS 11.2.2, iPhone 7. Only way to move items to/from chest is to tap repeatedly, one item at a time.
