It's the 5ft day totally shut down, I've never seen anything like it on a payed service. I already cancelled my subscription, it is beyond any doubt that you do not care. I'm at Mexico, there's hasn't been service at all since the outage started. Unbelievable.
Now is an entire week without service. I just received the new terms of service of Microsoft and it is just PERVERSE. You're going down a ladder of abuse, will you do something as compensation or will you follow the teachings of Disney company?
