Did you tried to redownload minecraft? Did you repprted it on Minecraft site? Check your .minecraft probably you have something wrong in there.
Maybe you have just a bad connection.
But you mean premium servers? Or cracked servers?
But how can they move? Their only sistem to move is jump.
Nothing, for me when I created the world near the llamas i saw that llama stuck. No moviment i think. Maybe it's a world spawn glitch.
