I tried the suggestion from Mittens. I had three copies of my world that weren't loading any more. I don't have cheats enabled. So after typing the kill code it just told me that cheats weren't enabled. I entered /time set 0 and /kill (username) for two of them. And the last world I just typed /time set 0. After typing that on all of them the background screen changed. It was the loading screen (where the hints scroll through). When I tried to exit the screen the background changed to the world menu then the general menu, all layered over each other. I exited out if the whole program and when I logged back in I was able to play in my world. All three copies! 

I had been playing multiplayer in my world. My two friends had just logged off. I went to sleep in my bed and accindentally "x"ed out of the whole program instead of saving and quitting. When I started the program again and tried to load up my world, I see a black screen with the "Leave bed" and "Open chat" options. It stays for about two seconds, then I see the transparent menu screens much like the ones already pictured in this thread and the whole program shuts down. 

I made a copy to see if that would work, but the same thing happens. I can load all other worlds fine, even a world that is an old copy of this one that now won't load. 

I waited 24 hours and still can't load the world. 

I exported the world, opened the exported file into the game and still encounter the same problem
