Just to add to the commotion... Having the same "logo then white screen then back to ipad screen" on my iPad 4th Gen running 10.3.3.
It worked fine until I did the 1.13 update, now nothing. Out of paranoia, I did pull the minecraftWorlds folder out of com.mojang on the iPad... Just in case something crazy occurs and I need to start playing my worlds on a different device. But I'd really like it running on this one.
