If i get this right:

The law was made in 2011.

In 2014, Microsoft decided to not sell to <19 year olds. Which did not affect mojang accounts, but did affect Microsoft accounts.

And the Account migration now causes people with Mojang accounts to lose access to the game because it migrates to affected Microsoft accounts?

The multiple renders (afaik 5) happen because the outline is made by drawing the text in bold letters multiple times, each time shifted into another direction.

It's bad.

I think this is caused by the outline of the text rendering.

It's also worth to note that a black sign is more laggy than any other sign, because others stop re-rendering after a certain distance, while the black one will cause lag all the time.
