MCPE-94415 Game Freeze after pressing Emote Button Incomplete MC-196771 Creative Mode: Game Freezing after pressing Emote Button Invalid

I have just encountered this issue after downloading the most recent update (Version 2.11 for the PS4). Despite repeatedly closing the application and reopening it as well as restarting the PS4 a couple of times, the application will not load past the Mojang Studios Screen.

To reproduce the issue

  1. Open the Application on the PS4 and open/create a world

  2. While in creative mode (any position/setting), depress the left directional pad button of the PS4 Controller (original controller settings)

  3. Observe the freeze as the audio (music only) continues to play

Observed:

No movement on the screen despite controller input. Access to PS4 menus are still active.

Music continues to play from Minecraft, but no sound is received from player inputs.

Expected:

The Emote menu for Minecraft should appear and work as originally designed and should close upon pressing the assigned "Close" button.

It’s for whichever version that is available for PlayStation 4. I just want to play the game that I love without having to run into a problem like this. I’ve submitted the report again as appropriately. Thank you Anthony Cinielli for the assistance. Also I did a thorough search into the reported bugs and did not find an issue similar to this.
