I have to agree with you Paul. It sounds like they either didn't really read this info or are just trying to ignore the fact that this issue is while connected via Remote Play. The newly created ticket contains no relevant detail to this issue.

I have this exact same issue no matter how many times I try. If I go to the PS4 Pro and close Minecraft and reopen it it logs into PSN properly.
