I had the EXACT thing happen to me that Alan Haisley explained.
I followed the eye, lead me to coordinates, dug, nothing.
Logged out, created new world with the same seed, this time we see new villages where they were not before, and when we go to the coordinates the eye led us to in the original world, we fond the stronghold.
How can we complete the game? The seed is -1741067428
and the stronghold is at -688, x, 467 on the seed, but not on my original world (started late 2018)
