You would need to contact the MCC server operators yourself to ask if you are on the list. We cannot do that for you through this bug tracker.
Also, publishing a list of all user name would be a violation of privacy rules.

(last quest[all] or all quests)

Then I tried to return to the lobby, but the portal and the item in my hand did not work. So I quit the game.

Then, when I entered the game, all missions seemed to be 94% completed, so I went to Ace Race and all missions were reset (This may sound a little ridiculous, but this was the situation.)
