Is this the sort of customer service I should expect? Your first email said you solved the problem for someone else, but didn't tell me what to do to solve the problem. Then you tell me "additionally" (additional to what???) that my card driver is outdated.but that's obviously not the problem with your launcher. I'm stopping payment on my card.
