I have the same problem on iOS. The background music works but jukeboxes create no sounds even if the sounds and music are at max volume.
I think this is related but with observers this time.
I built a flying machine only with sticky pistons and it should work (or at least, I think so). Just look in the attached files to see what happens.
Sorry if this is not related.
I totally agree with you. When I tried to build one with sticky pistons so that it can go up and down, the machine just went up and down randomly. Still a bug in 1.9.0
I built a monostable circuit and placed a repeater in front of it. It should have given me a short impulse but it didn't give me anything at all.
Steps :
1. Place a block and a redstone dust on it.
2. Place a sticky piston vertically and a block on it.
3. Place a block and a repeater on it.
4. Place a block and a repeater on it before the redstone dust already placed.
5. Active with a lever or a button, it won't work as expected.

Thank you !
I have the same issue on :
Windows 10 version of the Laucher
I am logged in the Xbox app, the MS store and the launcher with the same MS account
Signing out and signing back in didn't work
All apps are up-to-date
There is enough free space on my drive (200 GB)
It is not already running (I checked the task manager)
I don't have an other drive so I can't test if it works by installing on an other drive
Graphics card drivers are up-to-date
Rebooting my pc is enough to make the launcher open again
I don't use a vpn
I noticed that it happens when I put my pc in sleep and wake it up later or when I turn it off and later turn it on again. It seems to be a MS account connection issue because when I reboot my pc to make the launcher work, I am systematically logged off in the launcher
