On XBox One S....inconsistent visible/invisible/missing/reappearing villagers. Four librarians in a set space, sometimes all four are there, can go away, return and there will be only 1, or 2, 4 or none, rinse, repeat. When there, sleeping has been seen with heads in lecterns, not on bed. A separate villager was sleeping on the floor skewered by a sign next to its bed.
