It might be possible to make a datapack that fixes this issue. I attempted, but failed.

@MMK21 Not exactly. Even though the squids swimming out has already been reported, I don't think the glow squid not rendering behind glass has been reported. It is a half duplicate and not a full one unless somebody else posted the rendering behind glass before me.
