I'm also seeing this behavior. Happened on 12.1 iOS iPad retina and air 2. Still occurring after update to 13 on newly generated world.
Is there any documentation I can provide that would help?
Blaze spawners generated in version 12.1
My world generated in 12.1 on IOS iPad Air 2 is still not working in the nether. Overworld dungeons appear to be working as expected, but Blazes only spawn on fortress generation and not after, chests are invisible or not present and Blaze spawners are not active.
New worlds created in Creative mode are working as expected.
This is still occurring in 12.2 on IOS iPad Air 2, iPad Retina and iPad Mini

This issue is occurring at least once every couple of days. Its really annoying as it usually results in the loss of HOURS of work in survival mode.

I'm also noticing this in iOS. Not only Redstone lamps but doors, trap doors, powered rails and anything else that responds to Redstone pulses. Sometimes it works the first time, sometimes not. Especially noticeable with buttons and pressure plates. Often the first press doesn't turn on a powered rail or open a door, and often the button returning to "off" leaves the powered rail on or the door open.
