Yes this is still happening it’s 2019!! It’s still happening. I went through the portal and suffocated from a wall! The game was still loading me into the neither. Addition to it I lost all my items and levels! It bug out all my items because I went back it’s not even there anymore. I’m scared to even go through the portal without having to die almost every time. I'm on console 1.13.0 update!
