Don's worry, it not my IP, it just an example.

Are you play with another player's in the same internet connection?
Make sure you are in same internet connection with another's who created that server!
But if you want to play with them, type the sever owner IP then type the port; like this:
Ex: 186.633.1451:45632
Type them in "Direct connection" in minecraft multiplayer.
Hope it helpful!

Reset the control setting to defaults and see if it still have the issue!

It's a snapshot so it will have some bug! But don't worry, Mojang will fix this in the 1.18 official!
