Same problem as everyone else above on an Amazon Fire HD 10 7th generation. It was working on Sunday July 2nd. Have tried force stop, clear cache, clear data, ununstall, reinstall, and reboot. Was going to try factory reset but reading comments above makes me think it will not work.
