I apologize for the quality and framerate of the video. My system can't record my screen very well while Minecraft already uses a lot of the CPU. But this is an example of what happens with mobs sometimes. I provoked the enderman and it kept loosing its attention to me and wasn't teleporting to attack me. I ran my game at roughly the lowest settings.

I had this exact same issue. Deleting/resetting the chunks where it keeps crashing with MCA Selector or NBTExplorer can resolve the issue for now.
