BuungeeCord is causing the issue?

Regardless of the command, whenever I give myself a skull of myself, it doesn't update.

What does it mean when a link is crossed out, like the one above?

I mean - do issues get fixed in a chunk, like when the next release is out?

When will this issue be fixed?

Oh, I apologize... I wasn't sure if anyone would see my added comments.

Ok, here it is. https://imgflip.com/gif/18oowp. You can see the blocks disappearing

Oh, one moment please. I had one ready, but I accidentally forgot to attach it.
