Thank You @unknown, for explaining how the bug occurs and verifying that it is not a duplicate. Could a mod reopen this on this basis
This is a new bug I can only reproduce in the snapshots. I have whitelist and online mode on and time idle timer set to 0, I can run the other versions of the server without any hassle so it is not the bug described in MC-38565
You're gonna have to provide a better description or something, theses guys don't have all day to try to get the game to crash by opening a single player world up all day. Try recording it with Fraps and linking the recording if it doesn't produce a error log.
note: a command such as"/scoreboard teams join Redstone @r[0,34,0,11,team=]" will add all plays not on a team to team redstone. However if there are no people left that are't on a team. the player "@r[0,34,0,11,team=]" will be added to that team (if you look in the nbt file) and on a multiplayer server it will disconnect all players and disallow anyone to join the server until you type"/scoreboard teams empty Redstone" to clear out the player, then everything works fine once again. I'm not sure if these to bugs are tied together but it seems like they are.
As of right now the only work around to my knowledge is to downgrade snapshots (witch isn't really a work around) or to just use spawners that don't spawn multiple entities
using health fixes this problem but it doesn't make senses that it would find dead players... that can't be a feature of the game.
Rotating your monitor output via Desktop>Screen Resolution>Orientation also has this affect
This implies that is is a Windows and iOS X problem
